The brawny Road Star Silverado (and its Road Star sibling) thundered onto the cruiser scene last year, taking it by storm with its sheer size, classic retro styling and heaps of torque. But then, it's hardly a mystery why this belt-driven mega-machine made such a, ahem, huge impression. When you're home to a gigantic 98 cubic inches of air-cooled, pushrod-actuated V-twin pumping out 99 foot-pounds of torque, people tend to notice. And when you're wrapped in a swank casual touring package - large, adjustable windscreen, leather saddlebags, studded seats and backrest, whitewalls - as gorgeous as it is all-powerful, people just get plain ecstatic. "We have been impressed," gushed Cruising Rider.* Once you slide your leg over one, you'll know exactly how they feel.

Features and Benefits:
The ultimate V-twin experience: The Road Star Silverado's twin-cam, air-cooled, 98 cubic-inch, pushrod V-twin is the displacement king of its class**. With a huge maximum torque delivery of 99 foot-pounds at 2250 rpm, no other cruiser can even touch it. * Tour solo or two-up with the Silverado's windshield, studded leather saddlebags, specially designed touring seat and passenger backrest. * 2-into-2 exhaust system exhales pure V-twin soul through beefy, staggered shotgun pipes. * Dry sump oil system. * Low, 27.9" seat height and long, 66.3" wheelbase blend to give the Road Star Silverado both classic, low-slung lines and ultra-stable handling. * Rear shock is tucked out of sight for that classic, hardtail look. * Smooth-shifting 5-speed gearbox routes power to the ground through the quiet belt drive system. * Roomy ergonomics offering plenty of legroom and comfort come courtesy of wide, easy-to-reach handlebars, a plush saddle and full-length floorboards.

** Includes major OE manufacturers of volume-produced complete motorcycles.
