Anasuya Bharadwaj’s recently launched show ‘Prathiroju Pandage’ is plugged off, sources suggest.
The game show featuring female contestants was launched in February, 2020, before the lockdown. The show was forced to halt due to the lockdown. Close sources reveal that the budgets of the show have changed post-lockdown and the makers have weighed various options and decided to plug off the show.However, an official confirmation is still awaited.
Adding to this, the makers of the show are bringing back the popular show ‘Star Mahila’ which went off-air in 2019. They have unveiled the teaser of the show very recently.
The fate of Anasuya’s other shows like Thalla Pellama featuring celebs, their moms and wives are also unclear post-lockdown. Most of the popular non-fiction shows have resumed shootings following the new guidelines set by the government.
On the work front, Anasuya is currently seen hosting the popular show Jabardasth. She has been associated with the show for a long time.
