Eagle Eye Networks CEO Acquires LivingTree: LivingTree, a K-12 family engagement platform provider, has been acquired by Dean Drako, CEO of Eagle Eye Networks, a provider of video surveillance solutions to K-12 schools and districts, according to a statement.
“Drako’s multi-million dollar investment will accelerate LivingTree’s customer growth and development of its social network for educators and parents which provides a secure, community-wide platform for educators and parents,” LivingTree said in the statement.
VoLT Raises Undisclosed Funds: India-based ed-tech startup VoLT has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding from YMS Mobitech, a tech-based distribution company, according to press reports.
VoLT, which stands for Vocabulary Learning Technique, is a vocabulary learning app; the company is operated by Edutainment Spearheads Pvt. Ltd.
