'The Artist,' 'We Need Talk About Kevin' Top London Film Critics' Circle Awards

The 32nd London Film Critics’ Circle Awards were announced today, with Michel Hazanavicius’s “The Artist” named best film of the year and Lynne Ramsay’s “We Need To Talk About Kevin” taking British-specific top honors.

Other major winners included Jean Dujardin (best actor), Meryl Streep and Anna Paquin (tied for best actress), Andrew Haigh (breakthrough British filmmaker) and “A Separation” (foreign language film of the year).
