    The race was from Van Nuys, CA, to Cleveland. Competed at the National Air Races Cleveland in the Bendix Reciprocating Division race. The primary pilot was Thomas Call. Raced in the Championship race. Finished in 15th place with an average speed of 325.612 mph.

    The race was from Van Nuys, CA, to Cleveland. Competed at the National Air Races Cleveland in the Bendix Reciprocating Division race. The primary pilot was Colonel Frank E Whitton. Raced in the Medallion race. Finished in 7th place with an average speed of 320.025 mph.
