    Queensland Deputy Premier Jackie Trad will sell her South Brisbane investment property for no profit after she failed to declare it to parliament earlier this year.

    While Ms Trad said the failure to declare the property was an oversight and apologised, the Liberal National Party Opposition referred Ms Trad to the state's Crime and Misconduct Commission - saying the Deputy Premier stood to would benefit from the house purchase given it is near her pet project, the $5.4 billion Cross River Rail.
