リバビリン
Ribavirin
【概要】 グアノシン類似物質に分類される内服の抗ウイルス薬。商品名はシェーリング社の『レベトール』とロシュ社の『コペガス』。インフルエンザウイルスA型、B型、パラインフルエンザ、アデノウイルス、RSウイルスなど、多くのRNA型とDNA型のウイルスに対しても効果がある。HIVに対しては無効。
【用法】 HCVに対する併用効果：インターフェロンα2b(イントロン)3MU筋注とレベトール1000mg～1200mg/日もしくはペグインターフェロンα2b(ペグイントロン)1.5μg/kg/W筋注とレベトール1000mg～1200mg/日で、イントロン単独より有意にHCV RNA消失、組織像改善が得られた。副作用は主に貧血で比較的早期に起こる。他に抑うつ状態のため自殺企図、間質性肺炎は併用のインターフェロンによるもの。他の逆転写酵素阻害剤との併用で乳酸アシドーシスが増える心配がある。
