ガバペンチン（英: Gabapentin）は、GABA誘導体の抗てんかん薬である[1]。日本では商品名ガバペンで抗てんかん薬として流通している[2]。プロドラッグであるガバペンチン エナカルビル（商品名：レグナイト）はむずむず脚症候群の治療薬として販売される[3]。
