プリマス植民地（プリマスしょくみんち、英: Plymouth Colony, New Plymouth, The Old Colony）は、1620年から1691年までの北アメリカにおけるイギリス植民地の魁けである。最初の入植地は、ジョン・スミス船長によって前もって探査され名付けられていたニュープリマスだった。この入植地は植民地の首都となり、現在はマサチューセッツ州プリマスとなっている。その最盛期には現在のマサチューセッツ州南東部の大半を領有していた。
