マリアンヌ・ジャン＝バプティスト（Marianne Jean-Baptiste、本名: Marianne Raigipcien Jean-Baptiste、1967年4月26日 - ）は、イギリス・ロンドン出身の女優・作曲家。1996年に公開されたコメディドラマ映画『秘密と嘘』に出演したことで知られており、アカデミー助演女優賞、ゴールデングローブ賞、BAFTA賞の同部門にノミネートされるなど、高い評価を受けた。また、バプティストは、2002年から2009年までテレビシリーズ『WITHOUT A TRACE/FBI 失踪者を追え!』のビビアン・ジョンソン役で知られており、その後、『ブラインドスポット タトゥーの女』（2015年～2016年）や『ホームカミング』（2018年～）などのテレビ番組に出演している。
