Label.AutoEllipsis プロパティ

メモ : このプロパティは、.NET Framework version 2.0 で新しく追加されたものです。

Label のテキストが、指定された Label の長さを超えることを示す省略記号文字 (...) を、Label の右端に表示するかどうかを示す値を取得または設定します。

プロパティ値
追加のラベル テキストがあることを省略記号によって示す場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。既定値は false です。

解説

AutoEllipsis を true に設定すると、ユーザーがマウスで Label 上を通過したときに、コントロールの幅を超えるテキストを表示できます。AutoSize が true の場合、ラベルがテキストに合わせて拡大されるため、省略記号は表示されません。

重要 :
フォントの高さが Label の高さを超えているときに、AutoEllipsis が true の場合、描画するテキストに対し、AutoSize を false に設定する必要があります。
