グレート・ウェスタン鉄道（グレート・ウェスタンてつどう、英語: Great Western Railway、略称GWR）は、ロンドンと南西・西部イングランドおよびウェールズの大半を結んでいた、かつてのイギリスの鉄道会社である。1833年に設立され、1835年の議員立法で鉄道の敷設許可を得て、1838年に列車の運行を開始した。イザムバード・キングダム・ブルネルが技術者を務め、7フィート4分の1インチ（2,140ミリメートル）軌間の広軌を採用したが、1854年以降の一連の合併により、4フィート8.5インチ（1,435ミリメートル）軌間の鉄道も運行するようになった。広軌での列車運行は1892年に終了した。GWRは鉄道会社の四大グループ化を促した1921年鉄道法でも独立を保った唯一の会社で、周辺地域に残っていた鉄道会社を合併した。最終的に1947年末に国有化されてイギリス国鉄の西部局（ウェスタン・リージョン）となった。
