ERPパッケージとは、企業の基幹業務の統合化を図るERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）を実現するパッケージソフトウェアのことである。
通常の、業務ごとに個別にシステムを運用する場合と比べて、ERPパッケージを用いた場合には、各業務部門で取り扱われる受注、販売、在庫管理、売上げ管理といった業務処理を一元的に管理できるという特徴がある。このため、販売情報や会計情報との間での即時的な連携が可能となり、業務効率の向上、あるいは経営者の迅速な意思決定などを可能にするという利点がある。
ERPパッケージは、多くの場合、業種・業態ごとにカスタマイズされ、業務に最適な機能が提供可能となっている。ERPパッケージを供給している代表的な企業としては、SAP AGなどを挙げることができる。

エンタープライズ・リソース・プランニング（英: enterprise resource planning、ERP）とは、企業全体を経営資源の有効活用の観点から統合的に管理し、経営の効率化を図るための手法・概念のこと。多くの場合、リアルタイムで、ソフトウェアとテクノロジーによって仲介される。企業資源計画（きぎょうしげんけいかく)と呼ぶこともある。これを実現するための統合型（業務横断型）ソフトウェア（統合基幹業務システム）を「ERPパッケージ」と呼ぶ。
