シンシナティ（英語：Cincinnati）は、アメリカ合衆国のオハイオ州南西端に位置する都市。州都コロンバスの南西約170km、ケンタッキー州との州境になっているオハイオ川の河畔に位置する。人口は309,317人（2020年の国勢調査）[1]で、コロンバス、クリーブランドに次ぐ州内で第3の都市である。シンシナティに郡庁を置くハミルトン郡を中心に、オハイオ・ケンタッキー・インディアナ3州の16郡にまたがる都市圏は2,256,884人、これに2つの小都市圏を加えた広域都市圏は2,316,022人（いずれも2020年国勢調査）[2]の人口を抱えている。
