BLTサンドイッチ(BLT sandwich)または単にBLTとは、サンドイッチの一種であり、パンに挿む食材として、ベーコン(bacon)、レタス(lettuce)、トマト(tomato) が用いられることから、それぞれの頭文字を取って名づけられた。
