自己批判

自己批判（じこひはん、Self-criticism）とは、自分の行いや考え方の誤りを自ら見つめなおして、反省することである[1]。ただし、度重なる自己批判は「こうあるべき」「ねばならない」という自縄自縛的な思考に陥りがちで、後述の通り、自分を追い詰めてしまうことによる抑うつ状態やうつ病発症を招く危険性をはらんでいる[2]。

洗脳手段の1つとして用いられることがあるが、本作では反恋部の活動の最中に恋愛至上主義の考え方をしてしまった場合の反省文的ニュアンスとして用いられる。自己批判書を提出する場合と、口頭で自己批判する場合がある。反恋部的失策とはリア充的行動をしてしまったことなので、大抵はリア充自慢を並べることになる。
