ピログルタミン酸[(S)-Pyroglutamic acid), L-Pyroglutamic acid] またはピドル酸(pidolic acid)は、グルタミン酸のカルボキシル基とアミノ基が分子内縮合反応を起こして、ラクタムを形成したアミノ酸である。
