少年兵（しょうねんへい、英: Child soldier）あるいは少女兵 （しょうじょへい）は、18歳未満の子供の兵隊のこと。特に、陣地を守らせたり、プロパガンダを提供するために、軍事活動に強制動員する場合を指す。
