ジョン・ロス（英: John Ross、1790年 10月3日 - 1866年 8月1日）は、グウィスグウィ（神話の鳥、あるいは珍しい渡り鳥）とも呼ばれ、1828年から1860年までのチェロキー族インディアン・ネーションの首長（Principal Chief）である。その民族のモーセとも言われ、開拓、オクラホマへの移住および南北戦争という騒々しい時代に民族を率いた。
