シンガポール法（シンガポールほう：Law of Singapore）は、イングランド法を基礎とする。主な法分野（特に、行政法（en:Administrative law in Singaporeを参照。）、契約法、衡平法および信託法、財産法ならびに不法行為法）は、その大部分は裁判官によって創造されてきたものであるが、今ではそのうちの一定の側面は制定法によってある程度修正されている。しかしながら、他の法分野（例えば、刑法（en:Criminal law of Singaporeを参照。）、会社法および家族法）は、性質上ほぼ完全に制定法によって定められている。

^ 1807年の第一司法憲章（First Charter of Justice）は、プリンス・オブ・ウェールズ島（ペナン）についてのみ適用された。
