シブリー・アールキスト鳥類分類

シブリー・アールキスト鳥類分類（シブリー・アールキストちょうるいぶんるい、Sibley-Ahlquist鳥類分類）は、1990年前後に チャールズ・シブリー、ジョン・アールクィスト、バート・L・モンローによって発表された鳥類の分類体系である[1][2][3][4][5]。
骨格などの形態データーを元に行われていた従来の分類方法とは大きく異なり、DNA-DNA分子交雑法という分子生物学的手法を初めて導入し、鳥類全体を同一の基準で包括的に分類した唯一の分類体系である[6]が、後述のようにさまざまな問題が指摘され、広く受け入れられることはなかった[6]。
2008年には、遺伝子の分子解析により、新たな系統樹が見出された。これは、シブリー・アールキスト鳥類分類とは大きく異なるが、特に問題もないようなので、かなり受け入れられている。ただし公的に標準の位置を占めるには、まだ時期尚早であるようだ。
