シグナス（英語: Cygnus）は、アメリカ航空宇宙局 (NASA) の商業軌道輸送サービス (COTS) の契約に則り、オービタル・サイエンシズ社（OSC、後のノースロップ・グラマン・イノベーション・システムズ）の開発した国際宇宙ステーションへの物資補給を目的とした無人宇宙補給機である。
