サンルイスオビスポ（英: San Luis Obispo、発音: [sæn ˈluːəs əˈbɪspoʊ]）は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州のサンルイスオビスポ郡にある都市。人口は4万7063人（2020年）。太平洋岸セントラルコーストに沿い、サンフランシスコとロサンゼルスの中間にある。1772年に設立され、州内でも最古級の町である。サンルイスオビスポとはスペイン語で「（トゥールーズ）司教の聖ルイ」という意味である。サンルイスオビスポ郡の郡庁所在地であり、カリフォルニア・ポリテクニック州立大学サンルイスオビスポ校が市内にある。
