サンアンドレアス断層（サンアンドレアスだんそう、San Andreas Fault）は、アメリカ合衆国太平洋岸のカリフォルニア州南部から西部にかけて約800マイル（約1,300km）にわたって続く、巨大な断層である。断層の活動によって周辺地域は地震の多発地帯となっている。
