サマンガーン州（サマンガーンしゅう、ペルシア語: سمنگان[5][4]）は、アフガニスタン北部の州である。面積は1万3438平方キロメートル[2]（34州中18位）、総人口は約37万人（34州中28位）[2]、人口密度は27人/平方キロ（34州中22位）である[2]。州都はアイーバク。サマンガン県[6]やサマンガン州とも。
