ウデムシ（腕虫、ウデムシ類、無鞭類、英語: amblypygid、学名: Amblypygi）は、鋏角亜門クモガタ綱に所属する節足動物の分類群の1つ。分類学上はウデムシ目（無鞭目）とされる[2][3]。平たい体に細長い脚と、腕のように発達した触肢をもつ捕食者である[4][5]。150種以上が知られ、化石記録は約3億年前の石炭紀まで遡る[注釈 1][1][6]。

- ^ Charinidae Quintero, 1986 は既存のヘビ類の科の1つ Charinidae Gray, 1849 のホモニム（異物同名）で、学名の先取権的に前者は無効のため、Pyron et al. 2014 に Charinusiidae へ改名すべきと提唱された。しかし、文献記載上 Charinidae Gray, 1849 は 9回しか採用されないのに対して、Charinidae Quintero, 1986 19回以上も頻繁に採用される。これにより、Charinidae Quintero, 1986 は有効の保護名（nomen protectum）、Charinidae Gray, 1849 は無効の遺失名（nomen oblitum）と見なされる（Quintero & Shear 2016, Miranda et al. 2021）。
- ^ Miranda et al. 2018 では、Stygophrynus 属の模式種 Stygophrynus cavernicola が Catageus pusillus のジュニアシノニム（無効の同物異名）と見なされるに連れて、Stygophrynus 属属の全種が Catageus 属に移行された。
