カシュルート（ヘブライ語: כַּשְׁרוּת‎^[1]）とは、ユダヤ教の食物の清浄規定のことで、ユダヤの律法に即したと認定を受けた食べ物のこと^[2]。由来は、ヘブライ語で「カシェルな状態」を示す女性名詞。
