エクストリーム・アイロン掛け

エクストリーム・アイロン掛け（エクストリーム・アイロンがけ、Extreme Ironing）は、人里離れた場所でアイロン台を広げて服にアイロンを掛けるエクストリームスポーツである。このスポーツのプレイヤーはアイロニスト（ironist）と呼ばれる。
