第19代センピル卿ウィリアム・フランシス・フォーブス＝センピル[1]（英: William Francis Forbes-Sempill, 19th Lord Sempill, AFC、AFRAeS、1893年9月24日 - 1965年12月30日）は、イギリス・スコットランドの海軍・空軍軍人、貴族。いくつかの記録を打ち立てた軍事航空の先駆者であり、第二次世界大戦前に大日本帝国海軍に秘密情報を流していた裏切り者であると後に示された人物である[2]。
