アール・ラウアー・バッツ（Earl Lauer Butz, 1909年7月3日 - 2008年2月2日）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治家。リチャード・ニクソン政権およびジェラルド・フォード政権で第18代アメリカ合衆国農務長官を務めた。
