2009年アメリカ復興・再投資法（2009ねんアメリカふっこう・さいとうしほう、英語: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009、略称ARRA）(Pub.L. 111–5)、通称景気刺激策 (the Stimulus)、復興法 (The Recovery Act) は、アメリカ合衆国第111議会において2009年2月に制定され、バラク・オバマ大統領が2009年2月17日に署名して成立した、景気刺激対策法である。
