アメリカ合衆国憲法修正第25条（アメリカがっしゅうこくけんぽうしゅうせいだい25じょう、英語: Twenty-fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution、あるいは Amendment XXV）は、アメリカ合衆国憲法第2条第1節第6項の曖昧な語句を部分的に置き換え、アメリカ合衆国大統領の承継を取り扱い、副大統領が欠員の場合にそれを埋める方法と、大統領がその職務上の権限と義務を遂行することができない場合の対処法を規定している。
