アミロイド

アミロイド（Amyloids）はある特定の構造を持つ水に溶けない繊維状のタンパク質である（詳細な定義は本文参照）。器官にアミロイドが異常に蓄積すると、アミロイド症などの神経変性疾患の原因になると言われている。
