アグネス・エアーズ（Agnes Ayres、1898年4月4日 - 1940年12月25日）は、サイレント映画時代に活躍したアメリカ合衆国の女優。ルドルフ・ヴァレンティノと共演した映画『シーク』のダイアナ・メイヨ役が有名である。
