アンタレス^[9]（Antares）またはさそり座α星Aは、太陽系からさそり座の方向約550光年の距離にあり、さそり座で最も明るい恒星で、全天21の1等星の1つ。夏の南の空に赤く輝く、よく知られる恒星の1つである^[10]。
